7-Day Circuit Challenge

I have recently gained a little weight so I decided to go back to my regular workout in addition to my yoga practice.  I thought of documenting my journey with a 7-day circuit training challenge.  I am fortunate that our office fitness center offers daily 30-minute circuit training classes (2-3 times a day).  Click on the photos for the stories.
