Work-life balance is sometimes elusive, especially for busy working moms (well, dads, too!). The Do More with Less campaign at our office got me thinking about finding ways in becoming more efficient. This post is especially dedicated to those who are trying so hard to lose weight but do not seem to have the time to work out at the gym. Enter Circuit Training! This program is so efficient, you only need 30 minutes each session. Do this 2 or 3 times a week and those calories will burn, burn, burn!
I recently gained weight myself and I am ready to go back to regular circuit training. Join me in a one week circuit training challenge. I am so fortunate that our office fitness center offers at least 2 circuit training classes a day!
