I was inspired by the work of my hubby and his colleague when they came up with this slogan and poster, which won 2nd place in our Do More with Less campaign:
“We can do more with less by working smart. This requires critical thinking to reduce the understanding of a complex problem or goal to its simplest terms. It also entails the development of proper processes and use of technology to ensure that employees have the necessary skills and tools to get the job done efficiently and effectively. Contrary to the old saying “Work Smart, Not Hard”, working smart means employees should work hard but only during office hours. This allows employees to do more things after work like spending time with family, exercise and recreation to achieve work life balance.”
This concept can apply to all aspects of your life: at home, at work, in the gym, in your yoga practice. I will be posting some articles on this concept of working smart in order to be able to make time for things that matter in our lives.
