Kale Juice

They say the darker the leaves, the healthier it is.  I have recently found a supplier of organic kale and I have been enjoying kale in my salads and juice.  Kale is high in beta-carotene, vitamin C and even calcium.Here’s another juice recipe starring this extremely powerful vegetable with antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer properties.

You can mix fruit juices with this tough concoction to soften the taste.  I like to use orange and apple juice for this purpose.
