If you don’t enjoy eating fruits and vegetables, juicing is the way to go. It’s a great way to get all those nutrients with just a few gulps. Imagine this: in my daily concoction, I use up a large bunch of lettuce, 2 carrots, a cucumber, some brocolli, and an occasional apple or orange. I can’t imagine eating all of these in one sitting. However, experts caution against relying on juicing as your only source of fruits and vegetables. This is because juicing removes the pulp, which contains fiber. So you would still need to eat at least some fruits or vegetables to source your fiber requirements. Bummer.
